ManpowerGroup Chief Credit Officer - Banking Experience Required in Indianapolis, Indiana

Chief Credit Officer(CCO)

For De Novo Bank (a Minority Deposit Institution)

Do you have both financial and banking experience and are passionate about your community? Our client, a banking institution, is seeking a Chief Credit Officer to join their team in Indianapolis. You will be building a first of its kind, community based banking institution near downtown Indianapolis. The right candidate will be community focused, financially proficient and have previous experience in the banking sector.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the overall quality and profitability of the loan portfolio.

  • Develop and monitor loan policies and loan concentration goals.

  • Make decisions on both administrative and operational matters pertaining to lending.

  • Supervise the collection of non-performing and charged-off loans and manage OREO properties to disposition.

  • Work closely with legal counsel to resolve litigation expeditiously while minimizing legal and collection expense.
