Job Description
- Responsible for managing/leading production in a non-union manufacturing operation
- Will drive lean/continuous improvements
- Will supervise 4 supervisor + 60 hourly employees
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of plant production management experience
- 3+ teras of lean manufacturing experience
- Adhesive coating or converting or printing experience
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree is required
