Job Summary

Initiating the Environmental, Safety, and Health programs and policies in our organization, ensuring compliance with local regulation, and keep no TRR.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Developing and implementing ESH strategies, procedures and plans in line with organizational policies.

  • Ensuring organization's compliance with all environment, safety, and health regulations, standards and laws.

  • Conducting regular inspections, risk assessments and audits to detect potential hazards.

  • Organizing and conducting safety training for employees and providing necessary education on regulations and policies.

  • Coordinating with and reporting to regulatory bodies.

  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to create a culture of safety and health.

  • Implementing preventive measures and instilling the importance of safety and health policies in the organization.

  • Investigating any incidents or accidents, documenting them, and preparing reports, including recommendations for improvements to avoid recurrence.

  • Keeping abreast with new legislations and maintaining a working knowledge of all the ESH regulations and standards.

  • Reviewing and updating emergency management plans.

  • You are good at observation and finding out necessary action for better safety workplace. You will initiate safety culture within organization, cooperating with function managers in our organization.

  • Thorough knowledge of ESH regulations and best practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of risk assessment and control.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • ESH, general affair or facility management for plant for more than 3 years
