Job Title - Valuation Training and Knowledge Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Designing and adjusting training programs to the needs identified within BSO Valuation Team as a whole and/or for the individuals

  • Involvement in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning/ online packages

  • Coordination, preparation & regularly updating training materials and sharing those within CBRE

  • Development of effective on-boarding programs and training packages for BSO Valuation Team in cooperation with UK Stakeholders

  • Development of knowledge assessments in XOBIN Platform

  • Supporting development and implementation of the global service line knowledge sharing agenda

  • Driving knowledge sharing activities between BSO and Valuations Teams

  • Ensuring that compulsory training programs are tracked and completed

  • Administrating Talent Coach platform, MS Teams and Sharepoint

  • Cooperation with BSO Training Team

  • Providing regular insightful reports on training activities and knowledge assesments

  • Leading external training projects, contacting and negotiating with external providers

  • Cooperation with other hubs to align on global training agenda

  • Overseeing training processes with emphasis on quality

  • Building relationships across SMEs in the company in order to streamline knowledge sharing.

  • Taking part in building and keeping up to date global knowledge base

  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the area of communication and training

  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor

What You'll Need

  • Master's degree in real estate / finance or similar;

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must

  • Professional experience in Lease Administration or Valuation Services

  • Experience in training area would be a plus

  • Strong attention to details and very good organizational skills

  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Being reliable, committed, team player, and fast learner

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams)

  • Capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment

  • Being able to work under time pressure to meet deadlines while managing conflicting priorities
