The GO-AI (Global Operations - Artificial Intelligence) is a part of Amazon Robotics (AR), an org. in Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics (FTR). The team remotely handles ML transactions for the Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Centers globally. This team provides end to end solutions through inbuilt competencies of operations and strong central specialized teams to deliver programs at Amazon scale. It operates multiple initiatives in ML re-training, defect detection and other initiatives in partnership with global technology and operations teams.

The Senior HRBP will support/lead PXT partnership for all functions in GO-AI. In this role, you will directly support business leaders develop and implement PXT plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This includes being a trusted advisor to org leaders, partnering on talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, employee development and engagement, among other HR efforts.

You will also have an opportunity to lead and participate in cross-org PXT initiatives within FTR and International Stores. You will need to use effective communication and high judgement and planning to navigate and deliver in a fast paced and ambiguous setting.

• Partner with senior management to drive organizational and people focused initiatives in order to achieve strategic business goals.

• Provide impactful coaching to business leaders and senior managers, fostering a culture of continuous development and growth.

• Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational health metrics - performance, retention, and employee experience

• Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention

• Lead and optimize aspects of the talent management process in the organization - talent processes, promotions, succession planning etc

• Exercise sharp prioritization skills, identifying and managing tradeoffs to focus efforts on high-impact activities

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with 6+ years in HR business partnering.

• Demonstrates business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical acuity.

• Proficient in partnering effectively with senior leaders through skillful navigation of ambiguous situations using strategic planning and effective project management.

• Experience working with global and distributed teams.

• Communication, coaching and influencing skills across diverse counterparts across levels.

• Is able to work independently, as well as on teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

• HR experience supporting Business/Tech teams or in a Business/Tech company.
