Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing enterprise software solutions that are scalable, resilient, and high quality

• Working with business analysts, project managers, and business customers to better understand the problem

• Developing re-usable components and frameworks to solve complex business problems

• Conduct code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications and coding best practices

• Ensuring there is a focus on delivering rich user experiences that meets user’s needs

• Mentoring junior developers to help them grow and succeed

• Provide direction to junior developers, act as escalation point for questions or issues

• Driving the future technology, architecture, and methodologies used by the team

• Building influence outside of IT to help understand real world problems customers are having and be able to offer solutions

• Develops reusable patterns/services to solve business problems

• Utilize solid architecture skills to develop robust and supportable business solutions

• Participate in Architecture/Technical design sessions and Scrum ceremonies

• Ability to decompose the Epics to Features, Features into User Stories and User Stories into Tasks

• Monitor, debug, and refactor code to improve performance of software solutions

• Ability to read the current code and develop the system architecture and documentation for existing applications

• Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Performs technical analysis to identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft stack technologies (.NET, .NET CORE, C#, Visual Studio, Entity Framework, SQL Server)

• jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, Angular, React, Azure cloud technologies (Functions, Batch, Storage, Key Vault, etc.) or similar

• Azure DevOps, DevOps practices

• Experience with agile best practices and related methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.).

• Experience with transactional databases and caching systems

• Experience with test-driven development (unit and integration testing) and continuous integration.

• Experience with and understanding of best practices in building public, internal APIs, and integration frameworks

• Experience with scalable, distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architecture

• Experience with performance tuning production architecture

• Solid technical background in enterprise software development, preferably in HealthCare

• Solid knowledge and experience building component-based, responsive web applications with modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (Angular, React etc.), HTML, CSS

• Understanding of design system implementations

• Understanding of software security best practices

• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Self-led, capable of working with little direction

• Skilled communicator with a collaborative spirit

• Having a passion to learn and grow both technically and professionally
