This is an engineering/architectural position, with ample room to grow in scope and influence. Your expertise in C#/C++ and database technologies will be crucial in identifying and driving solutions to improve our infrastructure, platform and application efficiencies. In addition, you will work with our finance teams to drive insightful analysis into customer segments, creating better business opportunities. This role involves close collaboration with various teams across our organization to recommend cost-saving measures, improve business decisions, and meet our financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain analytics, reporting solutions, and pipelines aimed at enhancing our operational, financial, and efficiency objectives.

  • Generate insights related to customer segmentation, opportunities for reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to detect and address inefficiencies in our infrastructure, offering data-driven recommendations.

  • Engage in design discussions to advocate for and execute improvements across our technology stack.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 8+ years of industry software engineering experience.

  • Proficient in C#, Databases and .Net

  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and a track record of working on infrastructure and design optimizations.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Some data science background is preferred, with a keen analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
