Job Summary :

We are hiring for Project Planner who will be responsible to develop, maintain and analyse project schedules, prepare monthly progress reports, resource loading and forecast reports. The role will provide support to the Project Manager and Resource Manager. If you possess the requirements we are looking for, Emerson has a phenomenal opportunity for you!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop level four project schedules using WBS and resource loading in a scheduling tool.

• Maintain project Schedules by collecting progress data, updating schedules, developing and implementing status report showing % completion.

• Apply critical path methodology to develop schedules and complete project planning

• Providing Resource Requirements to the project execution team using current scheduling techniques and through histograms and ‘S’ Curves

• Analyse budget by WBS, earned value and performance factors to provide accurate and timely forcasting on project execution status to the Project Manager.

• Supporting Resource Mangers with resource Planning and Forecasting.

• Supporting Prioritisation and Assignments

• Baseline, Hours, Budget, Loading and Adjusting.

• Schedule Updating

• Customer Survey Process and Quality Audit Process

• Histogram graph for Resource planning and allocation

• Project review and updates

• Supervise Operational Efficiency

• Maintain Project Utilization reports

• Overspending Analysis and Efficiency Tracking

• Project setup in Oracle

• Maintain change orders in Business systems viz, Oracle, clarity

• Track and supervise VDRL

• Evaluate Project cost against available Hours and control cost overrun

• Assist Project Managers for GP analysis, Overdue Payments.

• Supervise Project Financial forecast for timely invoicing and Milestone updates

• Assist PM with Expenditure enquiry reports

• Invoice Forecast

• Risk Monitoring and Update Risk Register

• Maintain Project Financial Dashboard, Inventory and Financial Checks, Integrated Project Reporting

• Analysis of Project Labour and Cost, Resource Forecasting Tool, Resource Planning

• Project Progress Reporting, Project Pursuit Support, Financial Forecasting Tool

Who You Are:

You are proactive, able to multitask, and respond quickly and critically in constantly fast paced and unexpected situations. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. Takes a proactive approach in building and influencing expectations and optimally aligns the multiple and diverse internal stake holders. You have a go-getter attitude and motivated to perform as per expectations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Sophisticated skills of using planning software's - Clarity, MS Project, Primavera, Oracle

• Experience with project life cycles and sequencing

• Advance level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)

• Experience in Project Data Analysis

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Master’s degree in science Or Degree in Engineering

• Total experience of 5 years in planning domain from Oil and Gas Industry
