Oracle Managing Principal Consultant in HYDERABAD, India
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of designers and developers for OUAF or Oracle utilities product implementation
Provide regular feedback on their performance and development needs
Plan and coordinate their training and any skills needed for the business
Make sure they are assigned to project engagements as per their skills/expertise
Keep track of their billable utilization
Coordinate with the project managers (offshore and onsite) about their work or absence or any other issue impacting project delivery
Regularly review their work to check for any concerns or issues related to schedule/skills/quality etc
Requirements:
University degree in IT, Computer Science or any of its equivalents
At least 10 years or more consulting or industry experience
Experience as manager or in a senior technical IC role
Good communication skills
Experience in utilities consulting model of work
Strong background of project delivery with Oracle utility products and OUAF framework
Experience in working with global customers and stakeholders
Career Level - M2
