Responsibilities Perform the general lawn maintenance tasks (mowing turf and natural grass/areas, weed whacking, driveway drags/raking) of client properties Assist with various other landscape maintenance tasks and landscape enhancement projects including but not limited to: gutters, beds, patios, docks, digging trenches, removals, pruning and planting of small trees and shrubs, storm cleanups as needed Prepare, load, and unload trucks for the day\'s tasks. Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of trucks, trailers, and other equipment. Ensure all time entries at job sites are submitted accurately and timely on our mobile software device Operate equipment safely, using all necessary personal protection gear and safety practices. Maintain courteousness and professionalism on and off the job site Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required. Drive a truck with a trailer safely (for driving eligible candidates) Support in snow removal operations seasonally Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance (preferred) Willing to train the right individual(s) Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of various landscape equipment and materials (i.e. bark blowers, walker mowers, backpack blowers, wheel barrows etc.) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn Capable of working independently and as part of a team Valid Driver\'s License Compensation The salary for this position ranges from \$20.00-\$25.00 per hour. Overtime is regularly available.
