The Learning and Development Coordinator will support the companys internal learning and development needs through Radiance University. Radiance University manages all employee learning and development, leadership development, educational assistance, professional development, mentoring, and more. The successful candidate is someone who thrives in an environment that varies between routine and fast-paced, is a proven self-starter, and is capable of working both independently and with a team.
Principle Responsibilities:
Maintain and update personnel learning and development information
Maintain and update Learning Management System
Maintain and update learning and development events via Outlook
Manage event invitations, setup, and audio visual support
Assist with administration of internal learning and development programs
Interact with all levels of employee-owners on matters pertaining to learning and development
Perform other administrative activities as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelors degree
2+ years of business, human resources, or administrative experience
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat)
Ability to learn/use Learning Management System and other systems as needed
Ability to be flexible to move from one task to another and be available for a variety of tasks as needed
Possession of excellent judgment, decision-making, teamwork, and customer service skills
Positive and Proactive Attitude
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to perform in a dynamic environment and operate both independently and contribute to the team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort speaking to groups
High levels of integrity and discretion
