Manpower is seeking an outgoing customer service associate to join our client's team as an Inbound Call Representative!

Pay: 11.00 per hour

Shift Mon-Fri 8-5p

What will you do?

• Schedule patient appointments

• Manage large numbers of inbound calls

• Research customer needs and provide solutions

• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

• Communicate effectively with patients with hearing difficulties

What makes you a great fit?

• Customer Service and Call Center experience

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Strong computer skills

• Excellent telephone communication skills

• Organized, driven, team-oriented, and positive
