Purpose:
This role will be part of the account based team and have support, training, access to the UK CBRE Integrated Laboratory Solutions group network.
Be an integral member of the Asset Management team
Manage the contract renewals for the client across 3 sites
Negotiate to achieve the best value solution for the client
Work closely with the Operations Team to effectively meet the client’s lab maintenance requirements
Liaise with the client and onsite end users
Liaise closely with the EMEA CBRE sourcing team
Key responsibilities:
Raise demand sheets in Excel
Onboard New suppliers for the account
Verify asset details and level of service cover required with the Client
Maintain contract tracker information to ensure that all contracts are renewed on time
Contact suppliers for quotations
Negotiate with suppliers
Liaise with internal approvers and client approvers
Ensure correct storage of contracts and demand sheets
Log savings in Savings Tracker
Contribute to savings projects and strategies
Attend and lead client review meetings
Monitor and manage invoice pool for each client together with Operations Team
Receipt goods and create invoice in Coupa
Raise and close out PO’s and Work orders
Health and Safety & Lab Management:
To take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons who could be affected by their acts or omissions.
Undertake the Lead on implementing New H&S policies and procedures
Be an integral part of initiating, implementing and continual improvement of Lab operations and H&S, Policies and process’s
Ensure the H&S Policy for CBRE engineers is adhered to, obtaining RAMS
Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent proven experience working within a similar role, with administration skills.
Good PC skills
Experience using CMMS Systems
Previous experience in Procurement/Sourcing
Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Organised and able to track progress of multiple contracts
