This role helps to develop project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects with information technology impact. They will oversee projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades. Project assignments and complexity are matched to increased experience and skill levels. Their work is generally independent and collaborative in nature; you receive guidance and direction from IT PMO, IT Leadership and Executive Project Sponsors, as needed. How you\'ll create opportunities in this Senior IT Project Manager role: * Project Management: work with individuals to develop plans that address policies and procedures needed to support the firm\'s deployment of internal projects and ensure that all projects progress on schedule and within budget. Recommend and formulate the technical scope and objectives of projects. Directs and manages the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Coordinate and track all issues and risks on a consistent basis. Increased project responsibilities include budget, vendor, and resource management. * Relationship Management: Lead a diverse project team by promoting a team-oriented environment and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional staff within the firm.
