In this role you will have primary responsibility to operate and maintain a complex ESS lab servicing multiple programs at the Hudson, New Hampshire site. You will be responsible for setting up and executing environmental testing of BAE manufactured and supplier purchased hardware. ESS testing includes operational monitoring of hardware during Thermal and Hydro Static testing events. You will be responsible for maintaining the Environmental lab and surroundings including any chemicals used in the area according to Safety, Health, and Environmental standards. You will ensure that the area is always kept in audit ready condition. Knowledge of working with Test Stands and performing ATP tests on finished hardware is a necessity.

The successful candidate will be highly organized and be able to communicate professionally with various stakeholders from multiple programs. Must be a team player, although much of the candidate's time will be spent working alone.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • High school diploma.

  • Excellent team player who is willing to contribute in any capacity.

  • Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • 3-5 years experience operating thermal chambers in a high-tech defense environment.

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance if required by programs.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $83050 - $132880

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
