Our client, a company who has been in business for over 80 years and growing rapidly is seeking a Human Resource Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of personnel and daily operations of the human resources department.

Responsibilities​

  • Provides Benefits Administration including but not limited to health, dental, vision, employee assistance programs, supplemental insurance, COBRA, FMLA, STD, and 401(K).

​- Manage all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team​

  • Study compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits​

  • Coordinates and assists management in all talent acquisitions activities including posting and recruiting for open positions, scheduling interviews, and leading all onboarding activities​

  • Educate employees such that they follow all policies and procedures​

  • Monitor and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings​

  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings with other managers​

  • Establish management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures​

  • Leads the Open Enrollment process including internal marketing, timely communication and leads employee enrollment meetings

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field

  • PHR/SPHR highly preferred

  • 5+ years related HR experience (employee benefits, FMLA, EEOC, recruiting, safety, compensation analysis etc...)

  • Previous experience with HRIS systems
