North Dayton area company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

-The candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

-Providing excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction.

-Troubleshoot customer issues and provide a resolution to avoid repeat calls.

-Documenting customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, along with actions taken.

-Supporting customers by learning about and satisfying their needs through clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions.

-Managing and controlling customer relations.

This is a contract role anticipated to last for several months and is working full-time hours. For more information please call 937-224-8326.

Requirements

-Previous experience in a customer-support role.

-Track record of overachieving quota.

-Strong phone and verbal communication skills, plus active listening.
