Job Description

A Facility Management client of Insight Global is seeking a Technical Procurement Associate to join their Procurement team and help support the tech transformation of the company's Purchase to Pay platform. The Procurement Associate will be working alongside the Business Analyst and Category Manager and will be responsible for gathering RFP's, assisting in minimal sourcing, P2P pricing and catalog management, handling daily invoice reconciliations, and supporting the overall tech migration from BuySmart to Coupa. The role requires being on-site three days a week (Tues-Thurs) in either Houston, Texas or Cleveland, Ohio and will have an hourly pay ranging from $31-34 an hour.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant work experience

• 3+ years of Procurement/buyer experience

• 3+ years of P2P platform experience (Buysmart and/or Coupa preferred)

• 3+ years of experience with invoice consolidations, gathering of RFP's and catalog management experience - Experience with Oracle Cloud

• Coupa or Buysmart P2P experience

• Experience with service now ticketing systems null
