SAP Tech Lead

The Role at a Glance:

We are actively seeking an experienced SAP Tech Lead to join our team, where you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our SAP ecosystem. In this dynamic position, you will lead the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) technical team , drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation , and oversee the integration of SAP solutions across multiple business entities. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams in an international environment while delivering impactful and scalable SAP solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Leadership

• Oversee and coordinate the SAP CoE technical team, setting priorities and managing workflows.

• Foster collaboration across internal SAP and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.

SAP S/4HANA Implementation

• Serve as a Domain Leader , guiding the implementation across all relevant business units.

• Actively contribute to the Group’s SAP S/4HANA transformation program .

Technical Development & Integration

• Specify and develop new SAP functionalities based on business needs.

• Manage internal and external teams, including consultants and vendors, to ensure successful technical integration.

• Design and implement custom SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori, CDS, and OData .

• Ensure SAP developments align with Elior’s best practices and methodologies .

Production Support & Quality Assurance

• Lead non-regression testing and ensure the stability of SAP environments .

• Analyze and resolve technical and functional incidents within the SAP domain.

• Oversee data flows between SAP and local applications across international markets.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies ( HANA, Fiori, etc. ) to drive innovation.

• Participate in internal reviews to optimize SAP development and maintenance processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• SAP Expertise

• 6-8 years of experience as an ABAP/Fiori Developer in SAP ECC 6 and SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP, Fiori, CDS, and OData integration methods .

• At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams .

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global environment.

• Experience with custom SAP developments and system integration .

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing high-quality technical support .

• Ability to draft technical specifications and cost estimates for SAP solutions.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Hands-on experience with SAPUI5, S/4HANA migration, and advanced Fiori applications .

• Background in multi-country SAP implementations .

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and innovation .
