System One is working with a full-service landscape firm for Greater Houston, that is looking to hire a Landscape Designer/Project Manager.

• Must have 1-3 years experience in a similar Designer/PM role

• Must have excellent customer service skills.

• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel throughout greater Houston to meet with prospective clients and manage active projects

• Prepare and present proposals for all aspects of each project

• Conduct site analysis and gather necessary measurements for each project as well as preparation for existing site conditions

• Analyze and monitor installation budgets; manage each project with efficiency and expectation of a final cost review

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Experience using Land F/X preferred
