Job Description
David Weekley Homes is looking for a problem-solving people-person to join our Help Desk team! We support all Team Members on internal business systems as well as common computer hardware and software. If you can learn quickly and can creatively come up with solutions to problems all while having fun at work, then you might have found the right position!

Key Accountabilities and objectives: (including, but not limited to):
Computer and business systems support for every Team Member
Makes sure that customers are kept up to date on their service calls
Communicate and work to resolve, Team Members’ service calls in a professional and accurate way
Learn and support the company's business systems
Assure that the quality of support meets department's expectations
Look for ways to improve support process
Resolve customers’ support issues in a timely manner
Work effectively with programmers, business analysts and systems engineers in the department to communicate issues and fixes for systems
Job Requirements:
We need an outgoing personality who works well with others, is enthusiastic, motivated, has integrity and professionalism. The successful candidate will have some exposure to computer support and have a proven background in supporting business systems. This person will need to demonstrate proven customer service examples in their background.
Technical Requirements:
Solid skills in Microsoft Software including Office and Windows
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve common computer hardware and software issues
Active Directory – setting up user accounts, managing groups and share permissions
Cisco VoIP phone system for creation of new phones, extensions and voicemailboxes
The ideal candidate should possess these characteristics:
Performed in a previous customer service role
Previous experience with supporting business systems is a plus
Considerable initiative and drive. Self-starter/motivated
Strong problem solving skills
Able to balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to listen
Driven to push to meet company service requirements
Able to see the Big Picture while maintaining focus on the day-to-day details that result in a high level of service
Positive attitude
Team player
Detail Oriented
Strong organizational skills
