Job Summary:

As a Dewatering Filtration Key Accounts Manager, you play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our key client relationships. Your focus is on ensuring exceptional service delivery, strategic growth, and fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients.

o Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction.

• Strategic Planning and Execution:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.

o Oversee execution, analysis, and optimization of account plans.

o Provide strategic insight to enhance clients’ programs.

• Adaptability and Problem-Solving:

o Thrive in a changing environment and adapt to new challenges.

o Proactively address obstacles and find effective solutions.

o Collaborate with colleagues to drive results.

Requirements

• +5 years proven experience in account management or related roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Filtration experience, preferably filter presses and high solids removal

Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Proven track record of account management success

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.

Position Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

• High School Diploma of equivalent

• 5-8 years of inside sales/customer support experience

Preferred:

• BS/BA preferred

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Strong communication skills

• Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/information sharing

• Broad knowledge of the field with demonstrated leadership skills

• Ability/latitude to make decisions to achieve defined goals

• Must have an acceptable driving record to be insurable to drive for company business

• Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems

• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50%

Salary range:

$70,500.00 - $126,500.00
