Description We currently have an exciting opportunity open for a Desktop Support detail oriented with Intune experience to join our success driven IT team.

Job Responsibilities: Provide first line of support and troubleshooting desktop or laptop software and hardware issues. Maintain, oversee, and upgrade the Microsoft Intune environment. Assist with the administration of our Cloud Management Gateway and Co-management. Work closely with corporate IT department to maintain and update desktop environment. Provide technical assistance and support to our clients for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Train employees about system applications and help them understand the technology. Improve end-user experience and system functionality by performing standard desktop maintenance. Proactively identify potential problems to decrease system downtime and increase productivity. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a desktop support role with significant exposure to user support and systems troubleshooting. Solid experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/Co-management. Knowledge of operating systems including Windows 10, Office 365, and TCP/IP networking. Strong understanding of remote deployment and network operations. Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with diverse personalities. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues promptly. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) would be an added advantage. Submit your application to learn more about this exciting opportunity!
