We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Campus Director based in Houston, Texas, to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing the overall management of the organization, which includes facilities management, human resources, and accounting, among other duties. This role requires extensive knowledge in various fields and proven experience in a supervisory capacity.

Our client located in the Greenway Plaza area of Houston, TX is seeking a Campus Director. The Campus Director must have 5+ Years Supervisory experience, must have extensive knowledge around facilities management, a general understanding of Accounting and Financials, Human Resources and IT. The Campus Director will be responsible for managing a team of 6 and running the business of the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to 100K plus excellent benefits working 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a diverse team of individuals, ensuring efficient daily operations of the organization

• Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in facilities management to maintain and improve the organization's infrastructure

• Handle accounting and financial matters, including understanding and interpreting financial statements

• Oversee and manage human resources tasks, including HR administration

• Address and resolve any technical issues or requirements within the organization

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various tasks, including but not limited to, data analysis, financial tracking, and report generation

• Ensure property management is conducted effectively and efficiently

• Maintain an open line of communication with all team members and address any issues or concerns that may arise

• Continually strive to improve the business operations of the organization.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Auditing Clerk or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• Demonstrable experience with accounting functions

• Knowledge of facilities management and property management is required

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is desirable

• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements

• Proven ability to solve technical problems and understand technical requirements

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks is necessary

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is preferred.
