Openwork LLC Call Center - Election Services Clerk in Houston, Texas

- Answer phone calls for two phone lines (x6965 and x1617) with excellent customer service skills
- Record phone calls on web-based phone call tracking system per protocol
- Learn election content on both the voter and election-worker side
- Work mandatory election dates with long hours (including some weekends)
- Deliver effective customer service utilizing available resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
