Description
A company in North Houston is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, fluent in Spanish. Must be flexible to work some Saturdays as will be working 4- 10 hour days (hours 9:45AM-8PM weekdays, 8:45AM-8PM when scheduled for Saturday). Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must be fluent in English and another language, and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Accurately document and update customer records in the system.
Provide relevant information about company products/services and proactively recommend solutions to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues (Source: Research Data).
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive customer experience during all interactions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Previous customer service experience (1–2 years preferred).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and non-consecutive 10-hour shifts (Source: Robert Half).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflict with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Excellent teamwork and time-management skills.
