Job Description:

We are seeking motivated students to join our team this summer for an exciting summer internship! Ideal candidates will be pursuing a degree in the sciences or business (engineering, pharmacy, medicine, business, or the like) with a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry. This 3-month internship will provide the opportunity to work on impactful projects that directly supply to our mission of advancing patient care. The role is ideal for someone with strong research and analytical skills, a keen interest in medicine, and a desire to develop innovative solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

The Program Management intern will work closely with the Program Management team and various collaborators across the Medical Affairs organization to successfully launch key 2025 critical priorities including the Scientific Journey, Launch Completion, and AI integration and optimization.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in building slide decks for team meetings

  • Support with tracking project breakthroughs, communicating and following up on key deliverables from various project stakeholders

  • Assist with optimizing current and future ways of working

  • Support with building agendas and collecting meeting minutes for various cross functional projects

  • Support with building Medical Affairs Key Institutional Engagement plans

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, ideally in a field like engineering, biology, life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or business.

  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • A desire to build a career within the healthcare industry with a focus on innovation and process optimization is considered an asset.

  • Strong research and data analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Ability to think strategically, influence others, and execute plans effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management skills and the ability to navigate a large matrixed organization to accomplish ambiguous goals

  • Collaboration with key internal and external partners in support of project results.

  • Act with speed, learning agility, and intellectual curiosity.

  • Development of significant partnerships to add value and insights for the organization.

  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills

  • Previous experience in pharma/healthcare, marketing, sales, business analytics, consulting, and/or management or any other health care related field
