Plan, design, develop, and analyze solutions for complex problems and will be responsible for overseeing the design and development services for consulting solutions related to Concord client deliverables and applying engineering principles. Job duties include the following: Creating, managing, and documenting using core skills including SQL and Python. Driving the full cycle of project development and maintaining cloud architecture using cloud services, such as Azure and Snowflake. Develop a comprehensive understanding of data needs, business goals, and data assets and design data models that meet the requirements. Develop data models that define the relationships between different data elements and support efficient and effective data storage, retrieval, and analysis. Maintain data models to comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data governance policies. Define data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between data architecture and business objectives. Develop and maintain documentation, such as data dictionaries and system architecture diagrams and process flows, to support effective communication and knowledge sharing. Provide technical guidance and support to developers and other stakeholders to ensure the data architecture is being used effectively and appropriately. Minimum Requirements are: Requires a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Applied Analytics, MIS, Computer Science or related discipline and three (3) years experience in business intelligence, data or quality analyst or consultant working in Business and/or IT, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting. Must possess at least 1 year of experience with each of the following: Development experience using SQL or Python, developing and maintaining data models, documentation of system architecture and data integration tools. Work Site: 509 2nd Ave. S, Hopkins, MN 55343. Position is based out of and reports to Concord s facilities in Hopkins, MN and allows for the option to telecommute out of home anywhere in the U.S. May require travel up to 50% of the time to client sites throughout the U.S. Concord requires its employees to undergo background checks.
