Valid SORA License, Driver's License REQUIRED.

CPR/AED Preferred

Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop strong partnerships with Hopewell facility occupants, property management and Campus security to help ensure any security related items are appropriately addressed.

• Observe/report/escalate any security concerns or suspicious activity as appropriate.

• Enter guests into Campus visitor management system and be point of contact, helping to bring them up and notifying Notify staff of visitors or any important messages.

• Partner with property management and their guard team to ensure strong lines of communication.

• Manage BeiGene badging and work with prop mgmt. to ensure employees have access to campus and building front door.

• Be a point of contact should any service at the facility be needed.

• Reviews cameras daily to ensure working properly / report and escalate issues.

• Responds to medical incidents and delegates as needed.

• Check-in regulatory inspectors - and call appropriate BeiGene representative (will need to be trained)

• Submit work orders to building management.

• Complete daily security inspections of our spaces and report any safety or security concerns.

• Do rounds via foot and/or a gator to visit the Trailers & Cub

• Possibly act as Security Supervisor for Day Shift security officers once that team is built.

• All other regular security guard duties/expectations - and other work as needed.

Job Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients. You will promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. You will need to understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. You will participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI’s safety manual. You will be interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner. This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements. Pre-employment requirements are to be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is preferred. You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. You must pass all required background and drug screenings.
