Express Employment Professionals Skilled Laborer (Waipahu) - Pay up to $30/hr (DOE) in Honolulu, Hawaii
Express is searching for carpenters, and skilled construction labor for a large property restoration company on Oahu. Restoration of commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and educational properties from water damages, flood, fire, smoke, and natural disasters.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Installation of drywall including tape and texture
- Painting
- Installation of interior finishes such as trim, doors, door jambs and cabinets
- Installation and repairs to exterior finishes
- Complete work orders for the daily work performed
- Overseeing sub-contractors on the job site and work to be completed
- Flexible to assist the team when needed on any and all service lines
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Perform tasks involving physical labor at building and construction projects,and demolition sites
- Flexible to assist the team when needed on any and all service lines
- Load and unloadbuilding materials, machinery, and tools
- Clean and prepare job sites
