Sun Noodle Production Mixer in Honolulu, Hawaii
The Production Mixer mixes and produces dough according to specific recipes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates commercial dough mixer.
Checks and verifies staged raw materials for quality.
Checks for any foreign object in the mixer or dough.
Accurately identifies correct recipe mix.
Accurately measure ingredients.
Follow proper mixing procedures; mix dry and wet ingredients to make the correct dough.
Maintains proper refilling and level of kansui tank and maintains stock of necessary ingredients on mixing stage.
Accurately records required data on the mixer log.

Ensures surrounding work area is clean and organized.
Completes required logs for documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
Ability to move quickly and move from different tasks efficiently.
Able to work in cold and warm environments.
Use a pallet jack to transfer noodle products throughout the facility.
Understand and able to carry out verbal and written instructions.
Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers.
