Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently in need of compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) will play a vital role in assisting residents with various activities to maintain their overall well-being. This includes providing personal care, monitoring health, engaging in recreational activities, and ensuring a clean and organized living space. Responsibilities * Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting * Monitoring residents' physical and mental health, promptly reporting any changes to the supervising nurse * Providing emotional support and engaging residents in recreational activities * Observing and recording residents' vital signs, with any abnormalities reported to the nurse * Maintaining clean and organized living spaces, assisting with laundry as needed * Following safety and infection control protocols for the well-being of residents * Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans Requirements * Valid CNA certification from an accredited program * Minimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare or senior care facility * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds * Pass a criminal background check and drug screening Compensation This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $20 to $22 per hour, paid weekly.
