Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nursing Assistant (NA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical industry. The NA/CNA will be responsible for providing direct care and assistance to our senior residents with activities of daily living, while upholding our commitment to providing the highest quality of care. Compensation & Benefits: The NA/CNA position offers a competitive salary of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and opportunities for career advancement within our franchise organization.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate and respectful care to our senior residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. - Monitor and document resident's vital signs, intake and output, and any changes in condition. - Assist with medication management, following established procedures and protocols. - Foster a safe and supportive environment for the residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. - Communicate effectively with the resident's family members and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care. - Maintain accurate and detailed resident records and assist in updating care plans. - Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Attend in-service training and educational programs to maintain and improve nursing skills and knowledge. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure the safety and well-being of the residents.
