Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently hiring for a full-time Lead Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This individual will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality care to our senior clients, as well as supervising and leading a team of caregivers. The Lead Caregiver will work under the direct supervision of the Care Coordinator and will support the overall mission and goals of the organization. Compensation & Benefits: - Salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly - Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, and vision - Paid time off and holiday pay - Opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Ensure that all clients receive the highest quality of care by providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and toileting, as well as assistance with daily activities - Communicate regularly with the Care Coordinator to ensure proper care plans are being followed and any changes in client needs are addressed - Train and supervise a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct regular evaluations of caregivers and provide feedback for improvement - Assist with coordinating and scheduling client visits and caregiver shifts - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care, including progress notes and medication reminders - Comply with all healthcare and HIPAA regulations - Attend trainings and meetings as required - Other duties as assigned by the Care Coordinator Requirements: - Must have an active CNA license in the state of Hawaii - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA, preferably in a senior care setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Strong time-management and organizational skills - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes - Must pass background check and drug screen   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
