We are looking for an experienced Project Manager teammate to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).

Let's Get Down To Business

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, APAC (based in Tokyo Japan), you will be supporting the different initiatives to steer our portfolio of brands along the product lifecycle (1. Product Management Review, 2. New Product Introduction/Go to Market Launch Execution Process, 3. Product Portfolio Optimization, and 4. Slow Moving Inventory Management). Whilst working closely with end-to-end supply chain and cross functional teams, you will ensure the product lifecycle objectives are aligned with the overall supply chain strategy, and determine and correct any gaps. Show Us What You've Got

This role requires an analytical mindset with a deep understanding of Product Lifecycle ideally gained within the Consumer Goods/FMCG sector.

In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Experience Supply Chain/Product Development/ Project Management role.

• Strong project management skills

• Experience Working in Cross functional Teams, having “Cultural Awareness”.

• Strategic thinker with ability to build Long Term improvement plan.

• Continuous learner, curious, embrace the change, have fun collaborating, execute with efficiency.

• Customer focused with strong “needs identification” capacity.

• Able to translate complex data into insights, prepare clear visualizations to trigger actions.

• Good to Great presentation skills

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications, SAP, JDA, and Power BI

• Proficient in English
