For further information about Morgan Stanley, please visit www.morganstanley.com. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Asia Pacific Corporate Affairs team. Based in Hong Kong, this individual will work collaboratively with global and regional teams to drive our day-to-day Internal Communications function, cultivating employee engagement. The successful candidate will also support our Community Affairs efforts across the region. Key Responsibilites * Partner with internal stakeholders to run employee engagement campaigns * Plan, develop and issue internal communications content, including drafting and editing * Provide internal communications advice and counsel to internal stakeholders * Engage employees by managing the creation and distribution of content on core channels (e.g. intranet, Jive, posters, emails) * Drive management townhalls, leadership sessions and other internal events * Analyze communication metrics and employee feedback to continuously improve internal engagement * Support Hong Kong, regional and global Community Affairs initiatives including organizing internal fundraising events * Identify and foster nonprofits partnerships and coordinate volunteer projects * Track key metrics and compile impact reports for management
_Qualifications, Skills & Requirements_
- University graduate with at least 5-8 years of work experience in corporate communications, internal communications and corporate social responsibility or other relevant disciplines
- A natural communicator with exceptional verbal and written English
- Relevant banking/financial services sector experience is an advantage
- Hands-on experience managing internal communications campaigns and programs
- A self-starter with sound judgement and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong project planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects; attention to detail is a must
- A hard-working, hands-on and collaborative team player
- Creative and has a passion for building a positive and engaged company culture
