Senior E&O Analyst

Jabra China is currently on a look out for an exceptional openminded, devoted and hard-working team member in their E&O Analysis function.
You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:
Monitoring and managing material E&O risk. Presenting risk overviews and suggested actions to internal GNA stakeholders. Settling E&O costs and ensuring GN does not overpay for E&O materials.
Monthly E&O data collection from suppliers
Monthly E&O data collection from VMI team
Verification of E&O data
Correction of faulty E&O data (either internal correction or contacting supplier for updated data)
Day to day contact with suppliers to monitor and discuss E&O status
Presentation of monthly E&O overview and development to Business Operations
Supporting presentation of quarterly E&O overview and development to Finance
Investigation of possibilities of E&O reduction (possibility of using components in otherproducts, selling back to supplier or other outcomes)
Final verification and agreement of settlement amount to suppliers
Signaling for the release of PO’s to settle E&O scrap
Analyzing cost aspects of ECO
Assist in E&O KPI reporting
Ad hoc analysis for activities involving E&O liability and excess
A strong analytical and detail minded individual, we imagine the following sounds like you:
3 years of previous relevant planning experience.
Good excel knowledge.
Experience from EMS planning
Detailed oriented with capability of handling and understanding large amounts of data
Excellent English skills (spoken and written) are an absolute requirement
