Position: School-Based Clinician
Salary Range: $47,494 - $55,078 Anually! (Based on Education and Experience)
Schedule: School hours, Monday-Friday from August-June. (Position follows the Woodland Hills School Calendar.)

School Clinician Position Details:
The School-Based Clinician will report to the designee at the school and Devereux/TCV School-Based Program Manager
School hours, Monday-Friday from August-June. (Position follows the Woodland Hills School Calendar.)
All time off benefits will be based on the Woodland Hills school calendar for the 2025-2026 school year
Additional time off includes three (3) personal days and accrued sick time
Expectations and Responsibilities:
Provide individualand group counseling and support services to studentsbasedonneed.
Provide training and informationsessionsfor parentsand other stakeholderson mental healthawareness and riskfactors.
Facilitate/co-facilitate groups withintheschools as wellasinthe community asneeded utilizingevidence-based curriculum.
Accurately enter servicedocumentation intothe electronichealth recordanddata into the required reportingsystems within established timeframes. (Complete allnecessaryreportswithin establishedtimeframes.)
Utilize crisis prevention and intervention techniques.
Developstrongworking relationshipswithschools through respectfulcommunication and accountability.
Provide consultation and training to school staff on mental health awareness and risk factors and make recommendations for initiatives around school based mental health and prevention strategies.
Provide excellentcustomerserviceincluding punctualand consistent attendance at schoolmeetingsand events andprompt responses toemailsandphone calls.
Attendance:Regularattendance is critical for the successful and efficient operation.Employees are expected toreport to workon time andremain at theirassigned work site asscheduled.Tothe extentpossible,employees arerequested to minimize last minuteabsences.Employees must notifysupervisor as farinadvanceas practicalof absencesfrom work.Adherence to school schedules is required. Attendanceandtardinessguidelines willbe followed.

Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. (License preferred.)
Minimum of two (2) years of verified, paid, experience in providing mental health treatment. (Two (2) years of experience working in a school setting preferred.)
Valid PA driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Act 33 and 34 clearances, Department of Education Fingerprints and Department of Public Welfare Fingerprints both required.
Devereux/TCV requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
Excellent communication and people skills.
