Summary:
This position manages, analyzes and improves vision systems that are computer- or vision-controller-based. This role creates, monitors, and modifies the overall system, simulation and testing, and start-up, and employs multiple advanced resources to troubleshoot and create solutions. You will train and coordinate activities for Vision Systems Technician I, II, and III.
Responsibilities:
Track KPIs, schedule/result and other relevant index, and manage resources (e.g. allocate the tasks to operators) to achieve the KPI
Record, manage, and escalate production issues and take proper measures to recurrence of issues
Monitor equipment maintenance and escalate the issue as appropriate
Support the operators to run production smoothly – Audit (LPA) / performance audit / cheat sheets at start of shifts to ensure procedures are followed and reaction plan to issues found during audits
Manage inventory
Manage attendance and work discipline – Report to SPV to resolve these issues (e.g. Work schedule / PTO, Leave, Overtime / Work discipline, etc.) – Op work schedule/line coverage
Train and coach, the employees – audit performance and report operator training issues (e.g. 1:1 conversations, OJT for new hires, 1st performance management, etc.)
Solve or report the employee’s difficulty to upper leadership and handle the conflict between employees
Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe working environment
Maintain cleanliness at worksite in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required, associate's degree in computer science preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience:
1 to 3 years plus experience or equivalent relevant experience required
2 years plus experience with schematic and diagram reading specifically with electric layout design
2 years plus experience with machinery operation to include automated machines
