Randstad is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Diesel Mechanics! This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a background in diesel engines and systems, and be able to work independently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems in vehicles and heavy equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.

• Inspect and test vehicle systems to identify and address mechanical issues.

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess and repair diesel engine problems.

• Replace or repair parts such as gears, bearings, fuel injectors, and other engine components.

• Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance performed.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
