Duties: Analyze customer issues related to Returns, including estimating impact, identifying solutions within and outside of Returns, working with cross functional teams to align on the solution, and driving implementation and timelines. Develop and enhance products for the Returns initiatives and coordinate across Walmart.com, Walmart Stores, and Walmart Suppliers and Vendors. Create product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer, supplier, and vendor insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks. Partner with key stakeholders in engineering, business, and product teams in retail and stores to conduct product discovery sessions, product walkthroughs, requirements documentation including risks and dependencies, UX design, initiatives planning and prioritization, and execution of the planned initiatives to meet company KPIs. Utilize customer and supplier data, customer impact (contact rate and return rate), and voice of customer surveys to define business use case, vision, and strategy for Returns product solutions to improve the customer experience. Responsible for continuous evaluations of product effectiveness using data and analytics to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders. This position does not supervise other employees.Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, or related area and 7 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, or related area and 9 years of experience in product management.Skills required: Demonstrated knowledge of eCommerce supply chain systems, including returns, refunds, and return merchandise authorization processes. Experience developing technical features and planning feature releases using Scrum and Agile methodologies as part of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience developing business cases and requirements by analyzing data in Teradata, SQL, and Excel. Experience with software product management. Experience creating presentations to pitch new initiatives, showcase proposals, and present the benefits and Returns on Investment (ROI) of initiatives. Experience using Jira to configure Scrum boards, write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and create reports to track Scrum team activities and project snapshots for management. Experience developing flow diagrams and mock-ups using FIGMA, Visio, Sketch, and Lucid Charts. Experience designing and implementing software platforms. Experience recommending new technical features using the following research methodologies: Customer Interviews, Case Study Research, Surveys, and A/B Testing. Experience with scripting languages including Python and PowerShell.
