Abbott Senior D2C Online Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE/ Mục tiêu của vị trí

ANI Vietnam business has achieved a milestone and has grown to a sizeable business. To achieve more growth in the future, Digital Transformation is key focus to support for ANI business. To accelerate our digital transformation along maturity curve vs competition, ANI Vietnam needs to focus on digital data analytics to understand consumer attributes and Leverage omni-channel to bridge between offline and online channels, which CRM plays a key role in this journey. In the last 3 years, CRM ANI Vietnam has been transformed and has increased sales revenue significant four times and continue growing significant through years. CRM D2C online Manager is created to maximize CRM capabilities, responsible for responsible for developing and scaling D2C CRM online platforms for home delivery model. This role will coordinate with internal stakeholders

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ Các trách nhiệm chính

Drive revenue, share and profitability for CRM D2C online platform

Lead and implement CRM D2C online platform strategy in partnership with the technical, Digital, sales & marketing teams to maximize sales result through Omni channels in the market

Manage budget, technology development and operation processes for all CRM D2C online platform related activities.

Define and drive CRM D2C online platform per brand level

Leverage and work with the Brand teams to understand brand objectives, strategies and consumer insights ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation online that help to manage consumer engagement and eventually result in a better Consumer Lifetime Value.

Develop a good Consumer experience through exclusive programs for D2C channel in partnership with Sales & Marketing teams in conjunction with annual consumers marketing calendar.

Align Consumer and Brand strategies/objectives to identify key business opportunities. Ensure CRM D2C online plans are integrated into annual Integrated Business Planning Process

Identify opportunities for Abbott and its Consumers via CRM D2C online platform based on a strong understanding of their strategies and Consumer insights.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Work with all internal and external stakeholders to deliver CRM D2C online strategies and annual business plan

Responding for CRM D2C online performance

Put in place an effective system to track sales, share and operational costs

Able to monitor performance by ROI measurement, KPIs tracking, etc.

Training & Development

Support the skills’ development, knowledge and competence of internal teams in order to effectively execute their activities and gain competitive advantage.

Identify and share best practice across the local market in Nutrition industry

Develop external partners, whose expertise can be leveraged to develop our skills and capabilities in this space.

Ability to present and influence others, including internal Abbott and external Customer leaders

Experience in working with and leading cross-functional teams
