Wafer Test Engineer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and sustaining of wafer-level DC die sort testing solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with Product Engineers and Design Engineers to develop quality wafer level die sort test solutions for next generation RF microelectronics products. Release of die sort solutions to production and sustain test support needs throughout the life cycle of the product. Assisting product teams with troubleshooting and resolution of die sort test issues and yield excursions. Yield improvement, cost reduction, throughput improvements while maintaining high quality. Process, verify and analyze measured data; Produce clear, concise presentations for test solution review QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum BSEE 0-2 years of industry semiconductor test experience preferred. Knowledge of semiconductor device operation essential. Familiarity with digital communication protocols Visual Studio, C# programming and source control software experience preferred Familiarity with spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes, DMM equipment preferred Must be highly motivated independent worker with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
