Responsibilities
Role Overview: As an
Oracle Supply Chain Management Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in improving our Supply Chain processes using Oracle Cloud. You will work closely with implementation partners and internal teams to enhance and support business processes. You will be the expert in Oracle Global Order Promising, providing solutions from strategic planning to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Design: Improve existing systems focusing on Oracle Cloud and Global Order Promising to enhance functionality and performance. Ensure solutions are scalable and integrate well with other business applications.
Collaborative Solution Development: Work with partners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver Oracle Cloud-based systems that optimize order promising and management.
Training & Documentation: Create and deliver training programs on Oracle Cloud functionalities to improve user adoption. Maintain detailed documentation including system configurations, user guides, and operational procedures.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Manage the testing lifecycle for Oracle Cloud deployments, including planning, execution, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability.
Production Support: Provide support in a production environment, ensuring continuous operation and quick resolution of
