Responsibilities

This position supports the business users of our Human Resource operations. This position will specialize in human resource processes and work closely with key business users from multiple business units, and with IT Business Analysts, developers, and database administrators to determine the most appropriate technical strategy to meet business needs. Additionally, this role will work with technology Implementation partners to design and implement HR technology solutions. This individual's highest-level goals are to help the business use our applications effectively and efficiently.

Experience in Human Resources (HCM), Talent/Performance Management, Recruiting/Onboarding, Learning Management, and Fusion Analytics/OTBI is preferred but not required. Payroll, Workforce Management, ADP timekeeping and basic knowledge in PL/SQL is a plus.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Evaluate business processes, document requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

Respond to questions/issues raised by business users regarding software and business functions.

Maintain module configurations to tailor software functions to best meet the needs of the business.

Produce "ad-hoc" reports for HCM or other business systems' data.

Grow in role as liaison between business users and technical resources (developers / database administrators).
