JOB REQUIREMENTS: Directs and coordinates activities of plant in processing materials or manufacturing products in industrial organization by performing assigned duties personally or through subordinate managers. Food Safety/Quality Drive the plant food safety and quality programs. Ensure employee practices comply with regulatory and company quality policies. Ensure products conformance to specifications. Ensure equipment, buildings and contractors comply with company quality policies. Investigate and coordinate the correction of any deviation to food safety or quality programs. Employee Safety Drive the plant safety programs. Directs employee practices to ensure they comply with regulatory and company safety policies. Develop methods to ensure equipment and plant conditions comply with regulatory and company safety policies. People Model, promote and support the Sargento Culture. Create an open two-way dialogue with all employees to promote morale and motivation of workforce. Encourage and promote career advancement opportunities with managers, supervisors and employees.
