Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Maintains organization staff by counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. Oversees new hire orientation and plans, implements and evaluates onboarding and training programs. Assists Compensation & Benefits by scheduling and conducting hourly job evaluations; ensuring pay structure system is administered and adhered to for all positions, conducts Open Enrollment meetings Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of salaried and hourly employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
