We are looking for an Production Planner to organize and work closely with the production manager and supervisor. You will be ultimately responsible to ensure very minimal daily interruption for the production set goals

We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to plan and schedule productivity towards maximum performance. Organization and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we'd like to talk to you.

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and complete of manufacturing work orders

• Conducts capacity analyses when generating the production plan

• Analyzes reports and makes recommendations in support of production demands

• Closely monitor work orders and capacity to ensure all orders will be completed on time

• Create, develop and manage a daily production schedule

• Daily and weekly development of formal schedule for production including operational machines and personal

• Daily huddle meetings to go over the schedule, production volume and expectations

• Recommend new ways of working to improve peak performance planning

• Six Sigma Methodology

• Track and report daily inefficiencies, deviations, workload, capacity, work in process and expected completion time and dates.

• Analyze work orders, plant capacity data and staffing plans to help determine what resources are needed.
