DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Procurement and Supply Unit purchases and provides supplies, materials, and equipment to the staff of the Bureau of Training and Education, including four regional training centers. In this position, you will initiate purchase requests for janitorial, office, training supplies, and other needs for the bureau. You will also review invoices for accuracy, receive delivered purchases, and process payments accordingly while ensuring compliance with department regulations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $34,621.00 (before taxes). Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must have one year of experience processing invoices. You must have one year or experience working with purchase orders. You must have one year of experience working with reconciliations. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
