Currently, ManTech’s Digital Transformation Division (DTD) is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Director of Delivery to join our leadership team.

Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. This role will also work to implement the ManTech Service Delivery Model, which includes coordinating Program Execution Reviews (PER), Delivery Excellence Evaluations (DEE), Voice of the Customer reviews (VOTC) and other delivery model elements. Ultimately, the objectives of this role are to assist program managers in successfully executing contracts, meet customer expectations, identify risks associated with contract execution, respond to and address delivery issues as identified in Correct Action Reports (CAR), Letters of Concern (LOC) and Cure Notices.

This is a cross-company role, meaning the successful candidate will work with Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian programs. This role reports directly to the Digital Transformation Division Manager. The role also includes working with classified and Special Access Programs (SAP) to support ManTech service delivery in these unique environments.

This is a Hybrid role with some on site in Arlington, Virginia .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Direct interaction with customers, capability/offering managers, program managers, program management offices, and Division, Sector, and corporate leadership to improve ManTech service delivery.

  • Engage with Capability/Offering Managers to identify specific packages of services that can be parametrized to meet multiple clients' needs while minimizing cost, schedule, and performance risk.

  • Engage with Program Managers to recommend improvements to their programs – mentor the Program Managers and program management office staff.

  • Work to support a cadre of program managers proficient in executing the ManTech service delivery model and delivering outcomes for customers.

  • Identify program risks and work with program managers to limit adverse actions taken by government customers.

  • Identify, articulate, and execute program improvement initiatives related to cost, schedule, and performance.

  • Contribute to the positive and collaborative culture of the division and company.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Lead programs and/or profit and loss (P&L) center(s) greater than $150M annually,

  • Lead programs and/or technology organizations greater than 500 employees.

  • Demonstrated leadership and communications skills needed to effectively interact with all levels of program managers and company leadership to include Division Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Sector General Managers.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaborate with program managers, sector leaders, and program operations leaders in FedCiv and Intel.

  • 10-15+ years of experience in working closely with Federal customers on management and technology consulting programs, including successful enterprise transformation engagements with quantified customer outcomes/ROI and legacy system shutdowns.

  • 10-15+ years of experience delivering services in classified and Special Access Program (SAP) program environments preferred

Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

  • Position may be executed as a hybrid remote / in-person position. Expectation is for travel when needed to support in-person activities at ManTech HQ and specific program locations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $146,400-$244,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
